Benetton‘s fashion forward brand, Sisley, presents their 2011-2012 Fall Winter Collection and Campaign with runway looks. The womens collection has four themes: Highlands Folk, Twiggy Rock, 50 Years and City Glam. In Highlands Folk, the inspiration is from Scotland with tartans, faux fur waistcoats and red/black colors. In Twiggy Rock, the famous 1960s London comes into mind with the “A” line pieces, patterned fabrics and stripes. In 50 Years, the fluidity of the 1950s is highlighted by emphasizing the contours of the waist with stitching, drapes or belts. Finally, in City Glam, the Studio 54 look is achieved with tech wear, menswear fusion and sporty designs.









On the other hand, the mens collection consists of Urban Alchemy, London Walking and Each Man Is His Own Island. In Urban Alchemy, we see a mixture of urban warrior, street art and denim jeans prowess. In London Walking, a modernized approach to Brit rock, Royal Crown and Union Jack looks shows an edge. Lastly, in Each Man Is His Own Island, a “gentleman explorer”, world travel and discovery are the inspirations. Knitted looks, practical garments such as trench coats, deconstructed pieces and motifs indicate the expedition.,,,,,,
